At least 30% of the total payment is required to confirm your booking. Any retainer below 30% means the booking is not confirmed and the date can be booked with another client. The balance of 70% must be paid on/before the day of the photoshoot before post-production begins.
Soft copies would be delivered on or before 2 weeks after the selection has been made by the client.
The client is only entitled to the number of images in the package booked. However, the client can pay for additional images or additional edits as the case may be.
For events, full payment must be made and receipt obtained before the day of the event.
Phemié Flash Photography retains the right to edit the photographs. The Client agrees to abide by Phemié Flash Photography’s editing decisions.
The client may not edit the final photographs in any way. This includes but is not limited to, removal of watermarks, cropping, or using filters to affect the trademark of Phemié Flash Photography and the quality it stands for. The Client or any guest can purchase photographs that do not have a watermark.
The copyright of photographs remains with Phemié Flash Photography. The images taken by Phemié Flash Photography are for personal use by the Clients and their associates and/or friends and relatives. Sale, Publication, or any Commercial use of the photographs is not allowed without prior written permission from Phemié Flash Photography.
Refunds & Cancellations
The client is advised to inform us of rescheduling at least 2 weeks before the date of the main event/photoshoot which can be transferred to another date provided the date is still available.
In the case of cancellation of events, the client is only entitled to a 30% refund if the full payment has already been made.
In case of impromptu cancellation/missing a shoot, the client will pay a 10% rebooking fee before rescheduling. There will be no refund.
Travel & Safety
For events longer than four hours, the client is required to provide feeding.
Travel and Accommodation will be provided by the client or the cash equivalent. Transportation also includes our movement within the city on the day of the event.
The Client is responsible for making a backup of all photos from the digital download. Phemié Flash Photography will make every attempt to keep archival copies of photographs but does not guarantee that they will be retained indefinitely.
