Can you retouch more photos than that in the package?
A.Yes, we can at an extra fee of £20 per photo.
Can I add extra hours to my session?
A.Yes, you can add extra hours at an additional fee of £100 per hour for your photo session and £150 per hour for events.
Can I have the unedited pictures from the session?
A.Yes, the client can purchase a folder containing all unedited images at an additional cost of £80.
Do you travel?
A.Yes, we travel and that will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place. But no worries, we always try to find the most affordable way to move.
Can I order prints through you?
A.Yes, you can. We recommend you order from us to get high-quality prints.
How far in advance should we reach out to book?
A.As soon as you can. To keep the booking process fair, our policy states that we do not reserve dates without a signed contract and deposit.
What is your turnaround time?
A.Soft copies would be delivered on or before 2 weeks after the selection has been made by the client.
What if we need to cancel/reschedule our event?
A.In the event of you cancelling the Event for whatever reason, the booking fee is non-refundable. But we will use all reasonable efforts to work with you to produce the Event at a later date if necessary, subject to our availability.
Do you photoshop your clients?
A.Yes, we do to a minimum. We promote self-love and body positivity, so we don’t alter the way you look other than temporary blemishes like bruises and acne. We won’t photoshop to alter what is real and true for you. If you are especially self-conscious about something, please let us know, and we will be sure to be mindful of your concern when photographing you.
How do we receive our photos?
A.When the editing is complete, we upload the images to an online gallery and send it to you via email. You can share the link with friends and family, so they can view your photos. You can also download the whole gallery to your computer. The images are stored online for 6 months.
What happens if you can’t make it to our event?
A.This would only happen if it were out of our control (an act of God, illness, death, etc) but in this case, we would do our best to help find a replacement photographer(s). If a replacement photographer(s) cannot be found, then liability is limited to a refund of any payments received.
